There's some kind of onepass members deal weekend thing happening from today til sunday. Considered posting in the frugal community, but although they are deals, everything is branded so it doesn't really compare to just buying home brand everything (I mean who the fuck is spending 30 bucks (on sale!) for "One Summer Eau De Toilette Spray"??). But these are some of them that seemed okay:
Kmart
(NB on the washing powder: Coles sell a 4kg box of homebrand washing powder for $5, so that's what I mean by homebrand still being cheaper. That's what I usually buy)
And a couple more from Kmart that seem like more kiddy things. Idk if they're worth it, or would even appeal to kids (they seem like stuff nobody else bought so ended up on special buy to me), but I know a lot of parents like to buy things on sale for chrissy time through the year, so maybe they appeal to someone:
Elsewhere
Catch, Bunnings, Target, and Priceline all have deals on, too, but I haven't had a chance to look through them just yet. Plus I'm trying not to impulse buy all of the things.
Officeworks has 15x flybuys points on Apple products, and half price standard photo printing in store.
Thatβs totally cool to go in there. Iβm not a mod or anything but if people prefer brand for some reason and use deals or coupons thatβs still frugal
The cost of selling my name and details is not worth "deals".
You have a fair point. Personally, I've pretty much just accepted my details probably already are up for sale somewhere. Everywhere seems to either have data breaches once a week, or basically is a data breach (selling everything they know to the highest bidder). The "deals" aren't really anything special for the most part either. Half price/home brand pretty much makes the first list redundant anyway
