Yeah, those pontoon bridges are natural choke points. Real nice hits here.
Seems odd they stuck around the bridge at all. Seems one would want to gtfo that obvious spot asap.
Depending on which side of the bridge you're on when the bombs start dropping, maybe no that far.
Getting trapped behind enemy lines because they sunk the bridge doesn't sound fun. Plus those trees provide some cover.
On top of that, there's a good chance of being executed if you leave the group.
Thatβs not much river to swim across
Assuming your well fed and have the assurance of dry clothes on the other side.
