You know the phrase I've heard more in the #Fediverse than ANYWHERE else?

I think this sums up the culture here pretty well. People just LOVE to tell you how you've got it wrong. This ESPECIALLY applies to posts that aren't even TRYING to be opinionated. There is just this vocal contingent (sometimes german? always male) that is hell bent on making sure there isn't "Someone wrong on the internet"

See if you can help yourself and not critique ;-) I certainly don't want it

It's so weird how people just go ahead and discuss things when you post them on a public forum. So weird. If I didn't know better, I'd think this place was even built with public discussion of ideas in mind, but that would be ridiculous.
