I think @[email protected] is a great #fediverse service and I just donated to their Kofi account. If you use them, I hope you support them as well:

Wonderful tools like @mastometrics make it clear why the #fediverse is so awesome. The data is in a form where sites like this can offer useful services when the base server is missing key functionality.

Just peeked over at #bluesky and noticed they have both "Starter Packs" of people to follow and "Lists" of curated posts. Seems like a great way to build community (assuming they are implemented well)

Does this exist w/in the #fediverse ?

@[email protected] oh my little dude, you are the gift that keeps on giving!

I literally said in my post : "See if you can help yourself and not critique ;-) I certainly don't want it"

And you couldn't help yourself!

Let me try one more time:
IF PEOPLE DON'T ASK FOR HELP.... THEN DIDN'T GIVE IT!

It's not that hard

@givesomefucks Thank you! Thank you SO MUCH! I couldn't have DREAMED for such a perfect reply! You've proven my point!

I can sleep well tonight

You know the phrase I've heard more in the #Fediverse than ANYWHERE else?

"just my 2 cents"

I think this sums up the culture here pretty well. People just LOVE to tell you how you've got it wrong. This ESPECIALLY applies to posts that aren't even TRYING to be opinionated. There is just this vocal contingent (sometimes german? always male) that is hell bent on making sure there isn't "Someone wrong on the internet"

See if you can help yourself and not critique ;-) I certainly don't want it
