This looks pretty good, but why a fork? Wouldn't a spoo be more convenient for curry + rice?
A fork is just what I thought to grab, but the curry was also kinda more meat relative to the amount of sauce than I'd like, so next time I think I'm gonna cut the pieces of beef in half again and add more aromatics and another jar of sauce.
Extra meaty wasn't at all bad, but I love the sauce, so next time there will be more of it!
