I mean, these are the same Christians and Catholics that don't give a shit when another priest is caught diddling kids for decades. They never care unless it's their kid that got diddled.

Why would they hold their political Jesus to higher standards?

They spent years screeching about some sort of Obama War on Christmas over whatever, I don't even know if any action actually prompted that.

Then we get that weird blood-red Christmas and "who gives a shit about the Christmas stuff" and they are silent.
