Pick of Destiny is a great movie, it's ridiculous and stupid and that's part of why I love it. But how did a Jack Black movie fail? especially only 3 years after school of rock

Poor marketing is the only thing I could have thought of, as coming off the back of School of Rock, a music themed Jack Black film should have been box office gold
