New neighbours - of the kind our Baku knows all too well. Or possibly the site has been re-classified as flood-prone or similar.

nah, we're still between an empty lot of trash and the sharehouse fulla smackheads. Definitely no reclassification of zones.

maybe the smackheads were being extra smackey when they did the survey, there's one that's started wandering naked out into their front yard
