I wanna see a comparison photo of that guy because he looks almost 20 years older than her, here. Pretty handsome fella regardless though.
I think she's just had better luck with her skin. Her hair looks like it's got it's share of grey, at least around her shoulders.
Shes also wearing copius amouts of foundation and makeup. These people could both be late 30s early 40s I think.
If he's late 30s to early 40s then he did not age well. I know several full blown alcoholics in their 50s who look younger than the guy in this photo.
And the guy probably had awful luck with his hair. My dad went gray in his early 30s, and was basically entirely silver by his mid 40s.
I went gray at eighteen.

Wow, that sucks.
The good news is that research into fixing gray hair is going well! So if you have kids, maybe there will be a treatment for them.
I went gray in my early 30s, tried dying it for a couple of years then gave up and started shaving my head. Twenty years later I came to grips with the fact that gray/silver hair actually looks pretty cool and started growing my hair out again ... only to discover I'd gone bald in the meantime. Oh well, hair today, gone tomorrow.
Some guys go grey and have the old guy look from early. I remember as a kid my dad being grey haired and me seeing him as old, but he was 35 and completely grey.
Now I'm in my early 40s and still have jet black hair, and look 20
The salt-and-pepper look is so popular now. Young men are getting their hair died grey to look older and more experienced. It’s crazy.
