Makes sense! Having a search around for various references, I see what you mean.
unsure what colours you have access to, or materials. If you have gold ink, you could mix in a tiny amount of brown to dull it a bit, more like bronze? Or if you haven’t got brown, red with a tiny amount of black, then mix that with gold?
It also seems theres various other possible colour schemes but I have no idea how canon they are.

Nice! Those color charts are great, I might print them out so I can try to match the colors as I mix inks and powder.
I've got plenty of gold powder and something called copper but is actually more brown. I'll try with those, see what turns out
