Team orders were to let Piastri win, so ... no.

Team orders were to return the lead to Piastri, which he could’ve done, and then raced for the win until told otherwise.

Team orders asked him to restore the order on the track, nobody told him he could not fight back and win. This is yet another example when Lando failed to win due to his own mistake. And this is why people say he is not the WDC material.
