The link explains the process. And if you are severely disabled, it might be a way for you to have an experience that every adult that wants to should be able to experience at some point in their life with a consenting partner. That is an incredible psychological tool.
Sex work is already stigmatized enough, but this isn't even sex work where an adult simply wants to pay for sex. This is sex work combined with psychotherapy designed to aid in a patient who is having severe psychological problems due to mental or physical trauma or both.
