We welcome anyone who wishes to join in by asking for advice, sharing our experiences and stories, or just encouraging someone who is trying to quit or cut down.

I've been seeing this community around and today I feel inspired to cut back. I have become someone who drinks a couple days a week (not a lot, but still). The European football championship incited more random drinking and it will remain until the end of July due to other football games.
But I think I'd like to see what happens if I stop drinking for a couple of weeks/months.
Good idea. Within the first week or two you'll notice a difference.
