Nobody is available to act as publisher following Adult Swim Games shutting down. That means it won't be available to buy soon.

Just a guess but I imagine the economic feasibility of purchasing those publishing rights is the main hang up.

Publisher could be cool or they could squat on an IP for decades doing nothing. Who knows.
