Ooh, hadn't heard about this. Kingdom 1 & 2 were great! Really good example of games doing more with less.

Yeah Kingdom was very unique experience when it first released. Minimalist, but still very engaging and with interesting world-building.

I do get the impression that these days the devs are mostly re-skinning the game with a different theme.
