Definitely don't marry number 1 because then you won't get your hard earned tip.
Definitely evict number 3 because if she successfully sublet the room, then another hard working landlord might have gone hungry.
So by that logic, raise rent on 1, the tip is even bigger now! Marry number 2 by default and evict number 3 for trying to game free money out of the system, that's my job!

Raise the rent on number 1, because they will never complain.
Marry 3, they’re of sound financial mind and clearly show aspirations of landlordism by attempting to rent out their rental. Plus she saved money on repairs.
That leaves evict 2, good, how dare they tip me less than a waiter.
Right conclusion, mostly right reasoning. Evict 2 because of the Funko collection, obvs.

She did a capitalism by subletting, she clearly bought the manifesto to burn later.
Also she can repair stuff so you can make her do that and maybe get those pesky exposed wires taken care of (for a small rent increase, of course).
