Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.
Some Rules
- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered

I think jamming the radio would be much easier and faster
Also super illegal and easy to get caught for.
If OP only turns it on when there is a drone above their house, how would it be easy to get caught?
You can't really get a jammer to disable only a drone. The jamming will affect an area all around, likely affecting the neighbors' wifi, bluetooth connections, and other radio signals like cellphones, for example.
If that happens, it would get noticed, reported, and investigated very quickly.
that's how you use it, correct.
"Hey! Why does my drone keep malfunctioning every time I fly it over this one house in particular?"
More like, "shit, I totally lost contact with my drone when I flew it over this home, and i never saw it again. Never gonna do that again"
Did you also say that to folks who worked on the underground railroad?
Do what's right, not what's legal.
Are you really comparing someone flying a drone over your property to slavery?
