Are you referring to the covid vaccine mandates as it appears this video is about, or something else that I missed?
Yes, the covid vaccine was, and is still, an experimental medical procedure. Look at Kansas sues Phizer lawsuit. Phizer had reports in feb 2021, about 458 pregnant women, more than half had advese effects and more than 10% reported a miscarriage! Safe and effective my ass.

More like statistics degree. Medical studies are notoriously difficult for regular people to understand. And since people who do their own research never link out it, it's impossible to say how crappy their thinking is.
