I heard it as a woman with no arms or legs in the middle of a tennis court.

Also what do you call a guy with no arms and legs in the middle of a pool: Bob.

There’s also Matt, Eileen, and a few others I can’t remember atm.

These were all jokes in the 80s-90s. Before ableism was a word.
