I keep getting new title pop ups but I can’t for the life of my find where to change them. Where’d they hide that feature?

some headcanons i have:

Those giant space stations have a lot more rooms, and may also serve as a inn for visiting pilots, among other things.

There are plenty of planets with massive sprawling cities, but either our traveler just prefers to explore the sparse worlds, or they're well hidden to avoid the sentinels

The reason why we get units for 'discovering' planets that are already occupied by a species is because it's new to the traveler's race

Caught this big dude as he was taking flight. This expedition 10 planet is full of these, just wait for a few minutes and you'll hear one taking off or landing somewhere.

Just came here from reddit, making my first post. I played NMS last year for about 40hrs then kind of lost interest. Starfield looks a lot like NMS, but with a lot more content and action. Is anyone going to be trying it out?

I play exclusively on Nintendo Switch, if that matters, and upon picking back up after around three months of terrible work/life balance I find Switch players get nexus missions! Anyway, spent my quicksilver and just completed starbirth today and was wondering if there’s any good (and not an interminable YouTube video) advice on getting upgrades? I’ve got a bunch of living frigates and have been using them exclusively to pick up upgrades that way. I’ve also seen some 3 year old posts about just pulsing for random encounters that may drop upgrades but am only just now going to try that for a bit. Is that really the only two ways to get living ship upgrades? Sorry if this is a dull sort of question, I may have 250 hours in but I’m more of a wander around seeking novelty type player so a lot of obvious stuff escapes me unless it happens to be something I read a post about.

Anyone else having a really hard time with crashes on this expedition? PS4 and close to giving up.

If you, like me, are so acclimatized to Excel from your work life, a list of the galaxies in a spreadsheet just makes sense. Yes this same information (often with much greater depth) is online in multi-page wiki’s and info-graphics. If those are what you need, great, use them! If like me, you need to make notes, and keep track of things, and need a spreadsheet here’s a plain one that’s good to start from.

I find it very pleasant here at Lemmy. The creative possibilities of setting up a community page seem limited at first glance, but that is deceptive. It is even more possible than on Reddit. I like it and Oxalis will set up his headquarters here. One more thing, the dark-red theme is recommended!

Hello fellow travelers! I wasn't even aware Lemmy was a thing until the most recent Reddit shenanigans. I was a big lurker on Reddit, but I'm completely down with this whole Lemmy/federated server thing so I want to help make this new situation home as much as I can.

To that end, I was wondering if there were any plans to start a glyph exchange community here in "federated space" (sorry, couldn't help myself). I've been sitting on a decent number of interceptor finds waiting for some kind of push to get me to start posting them. I believe this is my push. Will there be a separate community for exchanging glyphs or will this be that community?

I have glyphs for all of the interceptors in my pic, but those are just the ones I decided to keep. I'll respond with glyphs if there are any requests... except the far left purple/yellow, that's my little secret :D

Anyway, I'm really excited to start giving back to the community that has given me so much. Thanks and safe travels!

I've been waiting on my PS5 to start it. I saw at some point a decision is made that changes what head you get. I assume we could run this expedition twice to get both? Anyone planning on that?
