I keep getting new title pop ups but I can’t for the life of my find where to change them. Where’d they hide that feature?

In the Appearance Modifier on the Anomaly or at a space station

Like in game? It's in the appearance modifier. You can build them in bases or visit the one in the Nexus or your local space station.
