Today, January 6th, we celebrate a very important day: Bean day! This day coincides with the death anniversary of famed geneticist Gregor Mendel (pictured), who liked beans. We commemorate his great contributions to science for both human- and bean-kind.

To honour this holiday, you are invited - nay, required to draw beans of your own. I am very excited to meet your bean friends!
