Community Requests.

Just got approved for their beta and I feel like a community here would be really valuable!

the only moderator, laurabrown00, has not been active for 4 years, practically almost since the account and the community were created.
At lest according to their post and comment history. But the community is very active, and gets a lot of new posts regularly.

Owner has not been active in over 7 months. I can help with moderating when anything comes up and helping grow the community.

Mod's account seems to be deleted. I want to make it a community of generative (non-AI) art, similar to r/generative

the previous mod is inactive and community is inactive too. I want to be mod and grow this community. I'm very familiar with the subject too.

Moderation of [email protected]

Someone suggested to post here about absence of moderation from [email protected]. As a former moderator on reddit and since many months on my own instance, I‘d help with deleting spam for the foreseeable future and general moderation if needed. Admins, feel free to hit me up. Have a good one.

The current account of the admin is either banned/inactive. So, requesting adminship of [email protected]

The mod there, [email protected], hasn't made a post in a year, so I figure they're inactive.

Mod hasn't been active in 6+ months. I'm Iowa local, and want it to succeed.

0 posts on the community, and community owner hasn't been active in 6 months. I think this could help people who don't feel good with how they look.

My goal is to allow image posts every 3 months, so if someone wants to do a progress post, they can - with the safety net that we won't let 2 people spam the community.

Mod never posted. I would like to add a few things in the sidebar such as counter of subscribers.

If someone else wants to take it on then feel free! I noticed that the single mod hasn't been active in some time, so it might be good to have some more mods keeping an eye on it.

The only active moderator disappeared over a month ago, just 3 months after requesting for it in the first place.

Given that the community sees daily user activity, it's best to have mods who still use lemmy

Should I request that community as well? I wonder what would be the process of merging two un-moderated practically-the-same communities.

The only moderator of [email protected] has not been very active over the past two months. [email protected] is growing, and seeing more participation. The latest post from yesterday has 87 comments. We would need active moderators to help keep the place resourceful, civil, and friendly.
