I only pointed out that I didn't say it after you said
You’re trying by to dictate what people “should” or “shouldn’t” promote. That part isn’t objective, it’s conveying your own
Anyway, apart from and separate to arguing about pendantics on whether the post is a fact or an opinion, to check can you see this comment thread in the post? The only way I can see it now is through my messages in profile view, but not in the actual post.
Edit nevermind it's back now. Presumably a bug or likely input error by the user (me).
In fairness I didn't make that point, someone else did.
I still agree with the OP though.
I don't agree with you, since the OP post does state the fact that more upvoted content will be more visible. This is a fact
Even though I don't agree with you, I've upvoted you since I want to promote the discussion.
I think the biggest challenge at the moment is finding communities in different instances. Once they have that solved, the users will come flooding in.
Ah fair. I'm sure it will come in time.
Yep that is my plan. The quality of content there has gone notably downhill extremely rapidly, which is unsurprising. The comment sections on reddit read similar to public Facebook posts, or 9gag, or the comment section in a local newspaper now.
Small suggestion - Is it possible for you to pin this comment to the top of the comment feed? I missed the comment when I first looked to be honest
I'm not sure if you are taking about roaming in Europe or beyond. In Europe, its likely that your provider will not charge you extra, but still worth checking. To do this best to google the name of your provider + roaming and the name of the country you are visiting
Further abroad its very hit and miss. I recently travelled to a country where my provider charges £30/MB! In that instance, I instead used an app called "Airalo" and they provide virtual sims. Follow the instruction in the app, and make sure to only download the Sim over wifi if you are already abroad otherwise you'll be charged the roaming fee (as I learned the hard way). It worked flawlessly for me.

It's a fantastic resource on Reddit. Much like how bacon keeps me from going full vegetarian, UK personal finance keeps me on Reddit.
