This way they can blame the DNC for themselves not caring about all the groups trump will adversely effect and they can then also blame republicans when they eventually do it, all from the top of their high horse.

It wouldn't have mattered what the dems did. Trump offered the most concessions to the ultra wealthy. Just like when the Democrats win, thats what decides it.
