It's ridiculous that he still has a security clearance. Anyone else acting out in the way he has been would have the DOD all up in their shit. It is obvious at this point that he is a threat to national security, his public drug use and unhinged behavior alone should have been enough. Now he is getting hurricane rescue workers threatened and terrifying disaster victims into not receiving government assistance, it's absolutely monstrous and fundamentally anti-American. That he is also trusted with secret information about US national security and receives billions of dollars from the US government is completely absurd.

Possibly a complaint via the CFPB would help if you are in the US: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/
Contacting your state AG is good advice too.
I believe this based off my limited interactions with insurance companies. I was in a car crash that was 100% caused by the idiot who was fucking with their phone instead of looking at what they were crashing into. Their insurance company tried to stick me with months of rental fees from when my car was being repaired. I eventually filed a complaint with my state insurance commissioner and told their insurance company what's up, they got right on it after that. Literally, that same day they had multiple people contacting me to say we're all good now and apologizing about the misunderstanding.
I think yes, but not to a significant degree. Likely more or less would be absorbed depending on the fluid.
Stick a finger up its butt and the leash will get spit back out? I think I read that somewhere, not sure if it works.
Claremont Institute is likely part of it, or people and groups associated with Claremont.
Yes, I've encountered a few people like this. Also, no one has ever heard of Archaea.
Are you sure it wasn't set in Scotland? Charlie Stross wrote a novel a bit like you describe, its in the second person, which is very unusual and definitely rubs some people the wrong way. I think it was Halting State.
Manta Sound mask
You can vape through a bong, it will reduce the smell a little. Smoking through a bong is not going to reduce smell, or not to where you can notice. Smoke inherently smells strongly and can blow further before dissipating. A bong is the least harmful method of smoking so if you are going to smoke that's the way to go.
For sure, I'd even say its not quite a #2 without it. Or if I ordered it from a decent bar where things are done competently, I'm going to expect it.
While I don't necessarily disagree with your gist here, I don't think it is accurate to characterize the ACA as "of the left". It was just Romneycare expanded to the Federal level, the "left" couldn't even get the "public option" included in the final bill. The whole thing was successful in that it got health insurance to a whole lot of people who didn't have it before, an outcome supported by many or even most on the left, but the actual ACA isn't really something leftists wanted or genuinely support as anything more than a stopgap on the path to actual reform. If the ACA actually did things to drive rent seeking behavior out of the health care industry and guarantee universal access it would be a great example of the phenomenon you are describing. The actual ACA is a much better example of the Republicans (and the the health care industry) running circles around the Dems during that era than of the Dems implementing leftist policy,
