There's an app available for Chromecast to watch YouTube ad-free, not sure what else it works on though. Sadly it's the best place to get video content but we shouldn't be their product.
My guess is the Barrage de la Grande Dixence?
I went there last year for the views and didn't check the weather. Nothing but fog. (I don't want to give the answer too soon though - also maybe I'm wrong...)

Yes! I started rewatching it recently and although it's not great for bingeing (just imo, there's a lot of repetition when you're watching three episodes in a row), nothing has ever come close to it in style and laughs. And I would never have heard of Kristin Chenoweth without it!
