I couldn't find anywhere what they mean by 1%. If it's as you say, and an annual income of €4500 is enough to be considered as such, then I think it would be quite excessive.
One relatively recent and quite expensive alternative would be electric cars. But I don't really see that as a real, permanent solution, for that you would need a good railway/tram system, which sadly isn't all that common all around the world
Oh okay, that makes sense. I just assumed it was a screenshot of the app, but if they're using a web browser, it's easily doable.
