How old? Is the battery removable? If so, you can try removing the battery, holding down power for about 10s, put the battery back or plugging in the power cord, then retry booting it
thanks! I'm pretty pleased with how they came out
They may not want our whole blood, but they loooove our plasma
We’re definitely smaller than the Reddit gunpla sub, but I’m really enjoying the gunpla community on lemmy. Everyone’s chummy and welcoming. I’d love to see any you’ve built!
Looks like something that’d sell very well in the SE US
Maaaaaaan I’ve wanted to try Asahi since its development took shape. I know I’m probably not that far off with my PBP running Fedora, but it’s just not the same…
Depends on the machine.. Debian, arch, and fedora
Is the Hba in a traditional server case with lots of airflow? My 9207-8i displayed a similar issue bc it didn’t have enough direct cooling (it’s not in a traditional server/case.) it would never show more than 2 drives at a time and they would often vanish. Once I mounted a fan to it, the Hba has been stable and showing every drive I attach
Apple opened up windows support drastically a while back. I've also never had iTunes (now Music) care about the source of an mp3. Everytime I imported mp3s of my old CDs, it did it with no fuss about where I got them. So even if you need to use the app to transfer, where you got the files won't be questioned by the software/apple.
I've always heard good things about it, but it appears to no longer be maintained. It may still be the best option for my older, low spec 'book.
After seeing they have a generic x86 iso for postmarketOS, I may try it too. Ive been wanting to try out the gnome mobile shell option in pmbootstrap
