Why is it only a crisis in Texas and not Florida, New Mexico, Arizona, or California?
I get a lot of people are crossing over, fleeing violence and political unrest but it seems like only Texas is posturing and turning it into a political issue.

For a newbie, cloudflare is fine. Relax.

Hope bombing brown people in Gaza for a few months is worth losing the republic.
It's people moving from places where they actually want to live (because of qol) to places where they can afford to live. Though it'd be interesting to see like a "true" cost of living for these places.
I really really really liked the game. I have 100% of the achievements. I don't really see the replayability, though... I guess I could go find all the side quests but what's the point? What do people do when they put like 700 hours into a game like this?
I've found people vastly overstated how much range they need. 99% of usage is in the city between home and somewhere else. 250km is perfect if the price is right.
I lost basically my entire 16hr city today. Oh well, c'est la vie. It was my first city and I learned a lot so onto my second.
City Skylines doesn't suck. There are performance issues, yes, but really the only real issue is the lack of mod support. People got so used to modded CS1 that CS2 -- a giant leap forward for us vanilla players-- felt like a step back.
