Anyone get an ad? Pretty clever to get people on a streak and banking on streak addiction to get ad revenue. I loathe ads so I went to browser, which still made me wait. I’ll probably keep doing that, but I can also see myself forgetting and stopping Wordle again.

Sad, but things must always get worse.

Agreed, reminds me of D&D. Another Paramount movie. Like D&D, I think the excellent word of mouth could lead to better box office for a sequel.

I’m holding out hope it at least breaks even during the theatrical run. That plus toy sales might be enough?

Well, doesn’t look like it’s going well. Had a lot of factors against it: poor franchise reception, horrid first trailer, looks like it targets an audience (kids) who don’t really care about Transformers. Limited and lackluster marketing in general, first trailer aside. Competition from another animated robot movie with a great trailer.

I’m glad we got this one nonetheless. Maybe they should give the franchise a break though.
