Both are great. However, the Volcano just gives you more vape in one inhale, whereas the Mighty is small and does not take much time to set up. (I don't have the Volcano on the table 24/7.)
Sounds great. The Pax seems quite portable, too.

Medicinal use is a very good point. I feel that for these people, there should obviously be an exception. I mean, is there a limit for other drugs (such as Aspirin)? I don't think so.

I just love my Mighty from S&B. I also own a Volcano, but that's better when I have friends over.
Vaping, hands down. Even though I do appreciate the community feeling of a joint, I always feel crappy after smoking. Plus, I can easily vape indoors with little to no odor the next day.
