Its probably more like i conditioned myself to only think flavored water is satisfying

While electrolytes definitely help, it's literally any flavoring. And again even with tiny amounts added (think hints of flavor) I'm good.
I used the hot weather drinking to simply emphasize. Even in cold weather plain water doesn't usually satisfy the craving to drink for me.
I'm one of those people. Plain water just doesn't satisfy my craving most of the time.
Especially in hot weather when im active I can literally drink myself sick on "plain" water and still feel the need to drink more.
Add just about any type of flavoring (even in less than recommended amounts) and suddenly I can drink reasonable amounts of water and feel satisfied.
In the past couple years, I've gone from buying exclusively from steam to prioritizing buying/rebuying single player games from GOG.
Multiplayer games are still mostly through steam for convenience - same with VR games/games with VR mods.
I just wish GOG Galaxy was better. Development seems kinda stagnant.
I constantly have issues with the plugins to access other storefront libraries among other things.
I usually solo trip as well.
I've never had a bad trip, but I know folks who have.
I just took some time years ago to come up with a rough plan to deal with bad trips before one became an issue.
A couple of comedies and my old standbys of Baraka and Samsara for comfort if needed.
A few different music playlists with different vibes to tweak my headspace in whatever direction I wanna go.
And a designated safe space that I've never needed to use.
I've taken to "saying" it in my head as defy-nightly because I always wanna turn that 2nd i into an e.
Just can wait for the day I'm talking to someone and actually pronouce it that way lol
A lot (if not most) of vr games can be played seated though.
Sure you might technically still be moving around but it's easy enough on you that most people - even grandma, could play.
So I don't see that as a barrier to mainstream.
Thats like the more people killed by cows than sharks thing.
There are more cows and people near cows than sharks and people near them.
As a "socially" acceptable and legal drug, more people use alcohol than shrooms so of course the incident rate is higher.
I love that people are dumb enough to downvote common sense.
Even experienced trippers shouldn't go it alone if they're not in a good headspace.
Even in a good headspace it's risky (physically and mentally) to go on a trip alone.
Unfortunately that seems to be the M.O. of todays unions.
Liked the show a lot, but felt Vince needed to tone down his motor mouth. To me it just felt like he was trying too hard with it.
The ending also fell a bit flat for me. But maybe it's because I wanted more from Rob Delany's character.
Agreed. I only watched a couple before I got bored with it.
