Not sure of your exact location or if this helps, but streaming will be better quality anyway
A lot of stuffing around!
A laptop, running kayo split view for the AFL/f1 and then a pop out web browser stream for 7sport and 9now for golf/cricket
I bought a cheap projector for the kids to watch movies on. I commandeered it last week to watch ashes, footy, f1 and golf.

The 9now quality is higher than the broadcast. Are you sure you don't have 9gemHD as an option? 95 or 85?

If you have a digital radio, the ABC commentary is pretty close to ch9. Not at the moment because the rugby league is on though
