Reminds me of a semla(a Swedish pastry, and a big deal) competition Arla(cow rapists) had here in Sweden a couple of years ago.
The rules where you could use products of any brand and not just Arla, and the winner would be decided by popular vote. Rather quickly a vegan pastry shop got first place by a really high margin to second place. And just like that they got disqualified because the rules changed so now you had to use Arlas products..
Jag skulle inte gå så långt att säga att ungdomsgårdar är svaret, men att det absolut är en del av svaret tror jag på. Ungdomar behöver tillgång till sociala och fysiska aktiviteter som inte ska behöva kosta deras vårdnadshavare en massa pengar. De behöver kunna prata med andra ungdomar men viktigare tror jag är att ha andra vuxna i sin närhet som de har tillit till. Ungdomsgårdar är ett forum för att skapa sånna kontakter på.
Som polis vet jag inte. Som politiker skulle jag göra fritids gratis, det kommer att vara lättast att få igenom ett sånt förslag för åk. F-3 men skulle vilja att det skulle vara gratis upp till åk. 6. Satsa mera pengar på olika ungdomsverksamheter, att det inte ska kosta massa pengar att spela fotboll t.ex, öppna flera ungdomsgårdar. Det behövs också satsas mer pengar på program som hjälper ungdomar ut ur kriminaliteten likt det anti-rasism program som Fryshuset hade på 90-talet. Tror det kan hjälpa med mer vapen amnesti så att man kan lämna in vapen till polisen utan att åka dit för det.
Mycket av problematiken med den ökade gängkriminaliteten och rekryterandet av barn och ungdomar tror jag har sin grund i utanförskap så att satsa pengar på att skapa ett bättre socialt skyddsnät för barn och ungdomar i utsatthet tror jag är den rätta lösningen. Men det är ju såklart ingen kortsiktig lösning utan kommer ta flera år innan man ser någon förändring i samhället.

I'm not sure about digital storage such as cloud serviced. But for example you decide to but a new HDD/SSD you pay an extra 1.25 SEK/GiB up to a maximum of 100 SEK, or a new mobile phone that's another 4.38 SEK/GiB with no upper limit.
The reasoning behind that tax is that in Sweden you are allowed to make personal copies of media you own and apparently the movie/music industry loses to much money due to that law. So that money will go to the movie or music labels as compensation for lost revenue.
Swede here. I would say that piracy had it's peak before the raid in 2006 and further harmed by copyswede and thier lobbying for an extra tax on anything that has some form of storage media, can't remember what year that tax came into effect. I might be wrong but that's my experience.
I found it a couple if times and eaten it once. Didn't taste much to me, the texture was interesting but it gave me a stomachache even after boiling it for 10+ minutes and pan frying it.
