I've seen a couple 'chiropractors' that are just giving good physio work and advice but taking chiro insurance money. Scammy maybe, but if they'll put me back together I'll take it.

This sounds like something that would be in the back end so likely not. But if spoofing user agents fixes the problem then I'd say it's evidence enough to warrant a deeper look.

People take it to the logical extreme by converting large tracts in water catching systems. Not an issue if a few do it but it usually isn't just a few. It starts depleting aquifers and rivers, causing damage to the ecosystem and communities down the way. Doesn't even need to be water scarce areas either.

It does become an open wound in a real gross place for a while after pulling, I'd think any doctor of any sort would like to keep that to a minimum. You also don't want to leave them bare without a crown because they'll still have them for a while at least and cavities hurt.
