Raichik, the founder of the Libs of TikTok social media brand, has become an internet celebrity among some conservatives for her willingness to criticize teachers, doctors and other professionals who are LGBTQ or who are accepting of LGBTQ people. Raichik often posts their names and photographs alongside accusations of wrongdoing to X, where she has 2.8 million followers.

Funny how "conservatives" always turn out to be violent, devil-worshipping monsters.

But Neal Katyal, a prominent lawyer who has argued cases before the top court, predicted on X (formerly Twitter) that it will not take up the case.

"Trump's argument is so weak and the Court of Appeals decision so thorough and well done, I can see SCOTUS voting not to hear it," he wrote.

Legal analysts said the methodical nature of the appeals ruling, laid out over 57 pages that are dense with court citations and historical references, sent a clear message.

"What the Court of Appeals said, very politely and very dryly, is 'You're not even close, Trump'. None of these arguments pass the laugh test," Patrick Cotter, a former federal prosecutor, told BBC News.

I can already smell Trump squirming.

• tutorial was way too long and there was no easy way to find objectives
• hostile locations were mostly barren
• enemies were super easy to cheese

All things the devs could have gone back and fixed, but they decided to abandon the game.

Some of those Republican reps are in suicide bomber mode. They only know how to vote no.
