That is insane progress! Keep it up, and I hope you come up with something yummy. ๐Ÿ˜Š

This might be an unpopular opinion but as someone who has tried protein powders, shakes and all kinds of additions, it's just not worth it. Flavored creamer is 30-35 calories for a tablespoon. Coffee is a joy, don't take that away from yourself. Cut somewhere else, this ain't it.

You can try sugar free syrups or creamers, spice blends like cinnamon and cardamom as others have suggested, or flavored coffee beans. Creamer won't have much protein to speak of unless you're using a dense protein shake, at that point it will just taste worse and you'll rob yourself of that little joy.

You may have to make the same mistakes I've made, hell maybe you'll enjoy protein shakes in your coffee. But what it came down to for me was, I wasn't finishing it because it was disgusting. A tbsp of oatmilk creamer "the oatmeal cookie one" with a nice coffee roast is bomb, and brings the delight and the go (and the go!) that I needed to start my day right. I use an Aeropress, it makes for a great and rapid brew, far better than drip for me, and less cleanup.

Congratulations on your commitment to fitness, it all starts with little thoughtful changes like this one. Best of luck, stranger!

Are you thinking of a duvet, maybe?

It does look like overwatering and potentially too little sunlight. My indoor Monsteras have grow lights for 12 hours, outdoor they do well under a patio with partial sun through the screens to give you an idea. They do well in heat and humidity, as long as the soil isn't crispy. Less of an issue indoors. Definitely let it dry out between waterings, best of luck!

Can we see the rest of the plant? What does the soil look like? How much sun is it getting? Was it transplanted recently? As others have said Monsteras do like to dry out. Water just the soil once every week or so when soil feels dry, every two in slower seasons. Do not spray the leaves, make sure when you water you are giving it enough to encourage deep roots.

I didn't think so either in my case, but my stomach lining didn't agree. I ended up doing a blood test through Everlywell and found out I'm allergic to a hell of a lot of things. I hope your issues clear up soon ๐Ÿ’—

Something similar to this happened to me because of food allergies (undiagnosed wheat and milk casein, gastroenteritis for over a week). Can you try switching to plant based ensure?

Plants that get dramatic between waterings work well with self watering pots. I have my fittonia in them and there's a big difference between them and normal pots. I would suggest them for plants that don't like fully drying out between waterings.

Hell yeah ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I just add a little extra water after agitation to refill, and it's enough to fill my larger mug. It's cool but not enough to spring for.

I was hoping someone would bring up love languages! As someone who speaks gift giving and acts of service, when someone does something for me or gives me a truly thoughtful gift for me I adore it. On the other hand if I don't see those languages spoken, it makes me feel as though I'm not thought about as much as those I love and it can breed resentfulness.
