A wiki, documentation on their website(if they have one), a web forum that can be searched/indexed cached for later(instead of troubleshooting via discord. To me are the ideal solutions.
In Charlotte, NC where I last lived. They were building apartments like crazy, but all "luxury apartments" and charging $3-4/sq ft.
$1850/month for a 600sqft apartment wasn't really sustainable for a lot of people.

I refuse to install their app(Facebook) phone on my phone. They have basically broken the mobile site once again, so I've just stopped using it. Much easier.
