What? Stack overflow is still very relevant. I don't even know what bubble you're in if you think it isn't.

Honestly confused by your comment.

I'm in NZ so grew up with Where's Wally. Why is he called Waldo in US? The Wikipedia page doesn't state a reason.

American political ideology as a whole has shifted left in recent years

What the fuck is this bullshit. This is the opposite of what has happened.

I love olives. I didn't think you could have too many olives.

Once, on my honeymoon, I was at an expensive buffet. I found out just how many olives is too many olives. It was something like 35. More than that many olives is too many olives.

We have Australian magpies here in NZ too, and I was always told to be cautious around them but I've literally never seen them swoop at anyone.

Is there something about the Aussie environment that makes them aggro?

Fun thing about them is there's always two of the bastards. So when my kids and I see one we always make it a game to find the second one. It's often quite a challenge

If you ever have to cut a bit of wood to act as a diagonal brace it's pretty useful to whip out the old tan. So I've used this every time I built a gate.

That's four times in the last decade, so not exactly daily but I'm glad I knew how to do it or my gates would have sucked.

I was using sus as a kid 30 years ago. I'm quite confused by how it's apparently a gen Z thing

The 'all' in your comment makes this incredibly easy to refute. I am a Christian and I believe sexism, racism, slavery and genocide are all deal breakers. Frankly I'm not sure if you've met any actual Christians.

The Bible makes it really clear that not everyone who calls themselves a Christian should be considered one. Have a look at Matthew 7:1-5 and also especially verse 21:

"Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

Lots of modern 'Christians' may have never considered that that verse might apply to them.
