Republican officials from 21 states have accused the medical group of violating state consumer protection laws by supporting gender-affirming care for trans youth. More ominously, they’re demanding that the AAP turn over extensive records about how it developed its policy.

That's the attack, and the care is "puberty blockers and hormone treatment".

I didn't have an issue for 10 years (firefox+ublock origin too) and suddenly I saw a 6 second ad on a video I had stopped, I got jumpscared. They definitely are getting more aggressive with their tactics.

A gap allows a perv to video you with their phone, just need like 5cm to do it.

I bought my first tarot less than a month ago, and now I see it everywhere. I guess I just didn't pay that much attention before, huh?

Very cute card, I'd love to see more!

This is about indexes starting at 0, not about binary.

You can just import this filter list someone made. I use it and it's great!

And physics is just applied maths. I feel like the number lobby is trying to sell us more numbers.

Astrology is so stupid! That's why I only practice geomancy, the true divination art.

Didn't expect a 13, Rue del Percebe reference in Lemmy of all places.

That's what I thought back in 2007. Now I kinda like the convenience. If they added an option to download the games, like GOG, it'd be perfect.

Steam DRM is a joke anyways and not all games on steam have it, so it wouldn't be that much of a stretch for them to get rid of it.

As the title says, if I click on a link to a Lemmy post that was deleted, or can't be found for whatever reason, Jerboa goes back to the start of the feed instead of going back to where I was.

Especially annoying when I've been scrolling for a while. Sorry if it is a known bug, I haven't seen any post about it.

Edit: trying to reproduce it, test

Edit2: this [email protected] lets me go back normally, so I think it's a weird interaction when opening urls in jerboa through URLCheck that makes another instance of it, restarting it. If I find any links that actually break it without this interaction I'll update the post, but until then, consider it a false alarm/special case ;)

TARKUUUUUS!!!! It's a classic, I always let him try to solo the boss :P

A compilation of some invasions I did a couple years ago, when the servers were still up.

I had a lot of fun making and using those builds, even though I also died a lot :'D

Hello internet friends! Last year I decided to learn python, and I set on making a blackjack game - sounded like a simple prospect. Cue many hours of trial and error and reading documentation.

Months passed, and little by little I kept adding things. Now it feels kind of enjoyable to play to me, so maybe some of you or your blajahs will find it interesting too.

You need to have python and pygame installed to play. Sorry if my github is a mess and I'm not supposed to upload it like this, I mostly have no idea what I'm doing!

Any feedback or comments are appreciated :)
