I stopped buying them for exactly the same reasons. They were my go-to home electronics brand before that. Tv’s, amps, stereos, cassette players, cds, dvds, presents to friends and family… always since the 80’s… ps3 came and then i stopped 100%. Haven’t bought another product from them since.

I don’t use notifications so i wouldn’t know. :(.

For organizing it works well for me. I can create my own bins.
I make: todo(backlog of things needing attention so i can stop obsessing about them), today , in progress(i try to keep this small), blocked, done(periodically clear this out but let it build up a bit for short dopamine bursts)

When an item is complex with small sub steps, I use a checklist within an item so i don’t forget things.

I use many, many many alarms on my phone for notifications. Whenever a task has a time component.. i use an alarm so i don’t forget and i can let my mind rest.

I use trello for todo lists. I use both cards and checklists in the cards

I also use trello to remember recommendations by type (books, movies, shows, places to eat) and add notes to remember who recommended them

Im only here one more day, but i may try to get there :). Ill update with my findings.

Lizzy’s was pretty yummy. The ice cream was smooth and the flavor good. I didn't add any toppings. I went to church street and the store was nice but little. They had maybe 15 - 20 flavors. Im told the original store where they make and store the ice cream is much bigger and has more flavors.

Lemmy is not as unique as Reddit as a word. I get a lot of Lemmy Kilmister matches. But still hopeful

Got an ice cream at lizzy’s. Looking good. What are your recommendations for ice cream in boston?

Charles river crunch :)
