I genuinely appreciate being able to word my questions differently than old google, and specifying deeper into my doubts than just a key word search.

It’s great to delve into unknown topics with, then to research results and verify. I’ve been trying to get an intuitive understanding of cooking ingredients and their interaction with eachother and how that relates to the body, ayurvedically.

I think it’s a great way to self-educate, personally.

Does it always have to stay on topic? Does your mind? Or do you force it to? “You”?

Hard to make people care for more than the immediate here and now, Trump’s WWE wrestling persona does that

Reading internal family systems by Richard Schwartz, watching videos by sadhguru, taking time to try to follow the threads of “intrusive thoughts,” by trying to sit in them while focusing on my breath and trying really hard not to think in words, trying to listen to myself rather than talk to myself in my head.

I do also see a therapist, and he helps talk through things that paralyze me from making decisions.

Why hyperbolize the truth that’s already so extreme? Yay for making impressions over expressing meaningful truth. If you’re trying to garner reasonable thought, what’s the point if not profit off clicks and views?

As we say in our household… “wahhhh.” lol.

I think google helps minimize potential distractions while driving, and usually if you zoom in farther it shows more of what’s in the area. Honestly though, which shops show up is already pretty far down the slippery slope into monetarily self-interested bias. I think it’d be nice if they favored the user’s preferences, but then there’s my data that I’d rather not be advertised to on. This enshittification sucks.
