That's nice. I just finished The Lamp Campfire and started Ocarina of Time, for the first time ever!

I wanted to try Perfect Dark too, but went for Goldeneye first. Haven't played it seriously yet, but did setup the controls and played the first mission a little bit.

Headline makes it sound like he is some kind of villain revealing his evil plot.

Hmm.. interesting. It makes sense that they improved some stuff in the sequel, but everyone has different taste, and what one finds interesting, others can find boring.

I recently read that DQ-III remake will have quality of life improvements, like recall functionality from DQ-VI (just what I have read, haven't played either of those games), so they probably modernized some other things too, and will probably do the same for DQ-I and II. Would just have to wait and see.

I would prefer to just wait for the official release 😀

Thanks for the suggestion though!

Heh. Have fun!

Thanks for the input. Will just wait for all of them to release and then decide based on reviews.

Really glad about this one. I never finished the original Metroid, but loved Super Metroid and Dread, so going to try and finish this one.

Hehe, same here. Except my list have games from a decade ago too, like Dragon Age: Inquisition that I am playing right now. Silver lining is, even if we don't get any new game that catches our interest, we still have enough games to last us a long, long while.

Yeah, I have a huge backlog, and since I love RPGs, have a lot of those in that list.

Cyber Sleuth is pretty highly rated. I was thinking about starting this or Octopath Traveler, but then went with Octopath Traveler. Will get to it soon-ish though.

I played it in Yakuza 1, and not sure if it was because I was pretty young or the tutorial wasn't good enough, but I didn't understand anything from it. So, after that, I started ignoring Mahjong in all other Yakuza game. Maybe I should give it another try.

A PlayStation game on Switch! Looks pretty good. Would love to play it with my kids or SO.

After last weekly thread, I officially dropped Octopath Traveler. The game, which beautiful, isn't just for me.

I ended up starting couple of different games. Got The Last Campfire by Hello Games. It's a nice, little puzzle game, with really good production values. Puzzles aren't too difficult in general, but couple of them had me scratching my head for a while. Love the narrator and narration. Highly recommended for anyone who like puzzle games.

Also started Dragon Age: Inquisition on PS5. I have been holding out on it cause I wanted to play Dragon Age: 2 first, (already played Origins during PS3 days), but finally gave up on it since there is no way to play it on modern consoles, and wasn't in mood to go back to PS3. Loving the game. The combat is satisfying, you gaining influence and slowly gaining foothold in the world feels nice. Though I have just played it for a few hours yet.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is still going good. I think I am halfway through the main story. Have been doing most, but not all, of the side quests, mainly skipping out on the ones that require me to do any thieving or such.

What about all of you? What have you been playing?

“We’re excited to announce that we’ll be partnering with Xbox to publish our next new game,” the studio said in a tweet. “We’re still very early in development, so you might not hear from us for a bit – but know that we’re working hard on an experience we’re so sooo inspired about! Can’t wait to share more.”
