"Their irrational viewpoints" because our viewpoints are all rational. Unfortunately, that's what everyone who's hard-line on their views and won't consider discussion with others seems to think.

The meme posted here comes off as super dumb to me, not only will we not listen to anyone else, we are so closed minded that we won't even listen to people who agree with us but also see where the other side is coming from.

Lemmy is a strong echochamber for leftists sadly, it was my hope that Lemmy would have a thoughtful userbase who recognises both sides are equally problematic for their extreme views and hard headedness.

Majority of it is bullshit anyway, biggest joke on earth is the political system, the world functions because of all the people who don't give a damn and get on with living their lives and being useful.

Really? The guy behind the company called "Open" AI that has contributed the least to the open source AI communities, while constantly making grand claims and telling us we're not ready to see what he's got. We're supposed to stop taking that guys word?

Wow, thanks journalists, what would we do without you.

I can't recall the source, but I remember hearing that the Amazon, generations ago, was farmed. The trees aren't distributed naturally, or something like that, we see signs of intentional crop management. However, it was done in a symbiotic way with nature so that it almost looks natural, until you look closer. With lots of fruit trees and food sources so that food was an abundant free resource.

Wish I could remember the source for this, sounds like heaven on earth, working with nature is all we need to rediscover freedom.

Is that not the point? Government functions by moving wealth from the public into the private, massive expenses portrayed to be for our benefit end up being excuses for taxes, and the enormous costs facilitate enormous wealth transfers into the private corporations who support and facilitate the wars.

I've never heard that, would be wild if that's truly how they do it, I wonder what the average would be if they included the billionaire family's.

I'm not sure if I'm way out of the loop or you're a schizophrenic? Who is "you guys" I am just saying what I think is true, I don't care about Notch, I am fully in support of ending racism and inequality too, but I've got no idea how you can link what you have and think that's "literal Nazi" talk. It's antisocial dork talk at best.

That's wild that they try to change history like that, he was literally the sole developer of the original game, creating it entirely for a programming competition right? Even if he's following stupid conspiracies you shouldn't be trying to change history to suit your narrative, that's something actual racists try to do.

The first link you provide reads "it's okay to be white" that's your best example of "literal Nazi shit"? The rest are all the same, not racist at all. Then, he goes into supporting conspiracies on "Pizzagate" and "Q" which idk if he even really supports or is just making fun of because it's a random tweet your linking, but even if he does those conspiracies are anti-media and slandering elite rich pedo rings right?

Calling him a literal Nazi and showing this benign shit as your proof just makes me think you're one of those radical people who call everyone a Nazi.
