Flower sitters?
I broke my hip and was touch-weight bearing for nine months. The NHS provided a shower stool but after a few months I just hopped into the shower, I found standing on one leg preferrable to sitting down.
Our conveyancer was amazing, there were various issues particularly on the day of exchange & completion (including our mortgage company sending the wrong amount of money). Our conveyancer logged on from home on his day off and worked all day to get us over the line (exchanged and completed simultaneously at 5pm).
Seems to be working ok but need more time to federate properly. Will try some more tomorrow!
It's all being a bit weird today. Posting this from my own instance but not much has been synced yet. Lemmy.world seems to be groaning under the pressure of loads of new users.
Nerding out and testing my own private Lemmy instance. First impressions: quite a lot of effort, no huge benefits as yet.
