I went to one in a small town in Japan years ago. It was actually really adorable, the owner LOVED that I was from California

I looked it up, and the difference in the voting numbers are close for each swing state when you compare the results from 2020 and 2024. Another factor is that there are more eligible voters in each state so voter turnout was still less as a percentage when you factor in population growth
The person you’re replying to also said “non voters” which was definitely a significant chunk of people compared to 2020’s voter turnout
