It's not really a trend, is been like this basically since the start. Base game is included in GP but DLC and premium editions are extra.

Not all games have premium editions, and most probably don't launch with DLC, but I think most Microsoft titles are like this.

Hyun Jin Ryu tonight with AAA Buffalo:

6 IP β€’ 2 ER, 3 H, 1 BB, 5 K β€’ 85 pitches β€’ Fastball averaged 88.4 mph (T90.8)

The #BlueJays want to see how he recovers physically, but this entire recovery has gone as well as it possibly could for Ryu. Decision time.

Xperia phones have headphone jacks and SD cards. Pretty sure you can install lineage on them as well.
