I've been addicted to Picross since the first one came out on Switch, so I guess I'll be buying this when I finish the current game.

Not be up against Messi (Honestly, I think the World Cup win will do it for him)

Already bloody removed him from my fantasy team!

"I...understand that when you are president you have to be more careful."

Come on now, surely you just have to not kiss people when you shouldn't. It makes it sound like he's saying it would have been totally fine if he'd done it off camera.

So those who have the cash can protect themselves and their families, those without just have to take the risk. And of course it's those who travelling on public transport more often and work in big offices/hospitality/retail that won't be able to afford, and those who work till they are older.

Well done all the striking workers who have negotiated higher than initially offered wage increases!

Even the demolition contractor, whose digger was actually booked before the pub caught fire, is embarrassed.

I didn't know that part. Shocking.

You can't include nonsensical data. The correct thing to do is note it in the paper, like they did.

The UK need to maintain adequacy with the EU in relation to GDPR. If it were to lose that it would be a nightmare for all businesses who operate internationally. Hard to update legislation much when you need to please the EU on the side.

Someone in my office had the audacity to question if Haaland could do it again this season.

I think this was the best move he could get this summer.

I think Bayern overpaid.

I think its a good move for spurs during their rebuild.

Do we have a Lemmy fantasy football league? If not, let's start one!

Another one from the Guardian, where they look at Moscow then and now.

Since Oppenheimer is in the out in the Cinema, I thought I'd link to the then and now page in Guardian published back in 2015.

Both fascinating and tragic.

With Threads/Meta heading for the fediverse, and Tumblr looking at ActivityPub, how would you feel if Reddit decided to add support and federate Kbin & Lemmy?

Is it even possible?

If so is it likely it even inevitable?
