Why YSK: Until Lemmy version 0.18 address this bug, you can browse the front page without it being auto updated and spammed with new posts.

Just browse page 0 instead of 1: https://lemmy.world/home/data_type/Post/listing_type/All/sort/Hot/page/0 (1 changed to 0)

Temp fix: Set page to 0 instead of 1 - https://lemmy.world/home/data_type/Post/listing_type/All/sort/Hot/page/0. This stops the feed from auto updating

Reddit activated a word filter that whenever you say "fuck spez", your comment won't show up for anyone else. I just tested it on ModCoord. they're also deleting spez memes from the subs they nuked lo in c/[email protected]

Will any new instances automatically be approved for federation in the entire Lemmy network? Or do you manually approve all new instances? If yes to auto-approved then I think we will have a massive problem lurking.
